Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are processed after payment confirmation. During pre-order periods, estimated delivery dates are stated on the product page.

Shipping rates & delivery times We ship to the Netherlands, the rest of the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, US, Canada, Australia and New-Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Netherlands: estimated 1–3 business days
• EU: estimated 3–7 business days
• Rest of the World 8–16 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
